Overview
 
Founded in 1994, Investeurs a firm offering Finance and Business Consulting solutions. Our solutions are tailored to ensure businesses achieve their prime objective to grow.  Since inception we serviced numerous businesses by arranging finance of over $ 600 millions (Inr 4.00 billions); which includes short term fund raising above INR 3.00 billion and long term fund raising above Inr 0.7 billions, for hundreds of businesses. Our clients introduce us as their best “source for Raising Funds” and “business strategists and planners”.
 
We serve clients with a common motto which is to Build Businesses; focus on strengthening the business of the client from business plan to management structure to providing best options to raise funds for the venture / enterprise. Solutions provided by Investeurs are refined and fine tuned with changing market conditions it’s very important to be ahead of happenings to ensure businesses are close in tune with the market place conditions.  Our focus remains to ensure the clients business model is best hedged and is growing at desirable rate with the market conditions; we at Investeurs offer understanding of the conditions in advance and offer solutions to make most of the conditions which suits the clients business psychology.
 
Our Focus
 
Our services are designed to cater Businesses on supply side and funds, investors, bankers, financial institutions on buy side. On supply side we target the mid-size to large-size businesses; but size does not hold us to work with emerging or small size company; it is the business and the management which matters the most. We eye and have high regard for a striking business backed by strong management.
 
On Demand Side we target investors & funds to banks and financial institutions who share understanding of businesses and offer lucrative terms. Our decade long experience with various lenders enabled us to be impartial, sensitive, disciplined and effective in our approach.
 
Typically any assignment on the long term side to Raise fund takes around 150 hours to 500 hours to achieve financial closure. Whereas subsequently, in case of advisory services assignment it takes 200 hours to 500 hours to deliver the results. We share a few core covenants and values we follow in in our practice carrying out implementation of any assignment, which includes:
 
  • Time-budgeting should be done keeping in mind each leg as the investors interaction is a long drawn process
  • Good presentation skills at company and advisors level. Active investors across the spectrum (equity to debt) are literally inundated with investment opportunities; hence its imperative to have a presentation to be extraordinarily brisk, to the point and delivered with flair and great enthusiasm.
  • To present sober and credible use of funds forecasts on various fund scenarios. These forecasts are built from “the bottom-up”, with specific revenue and cost estimates garnered from the company’s historical financials.
  • Exceptional understanding of Cash Flows and communication of the cash flows variables; this will offer credibility and strength
  • Targeting the right Investor Audience
  • Critical to carefully filter and evaluate queries
