We undertake activities in providing complete solution base to corporate for their Trade Finance activity, from making chart flow of their Receivables & Payables & thus, the effective usage of their Trade Finance limits. We also advise in creating effective proportionate of their Fund based: Non fund based limit, to bring out the best effective pricing to the company. We have huge experience of understanding of the supplier's intent & can even help the client in negotiating the most suitable terms effective for both parties, payment security for one & best pricing for the other. And thus, we can create compete monthly MIS for effective usage of the limits, deciding between Fund based, Non Fund based-BG or Inland or Import, depending again on client's need & transaction details.
The Letter of Credit is issued by the clients against their Working Capital limits from their Banks. We offer to arrange for the Negotiation of the Usance LC documents @ best possible rates, linked with short term money market. The said service offers the client to have the pricing in their control, be it from Sales or Purchase perspective.
For the same, we authenticate the KYC documents of the client. We provide complete assistance, starting from assigning the Adhoc limit to negotiating with banks and scanning the documents to ensure the acceptance of transaction from Issuing Bank. And also confirmation is for the benefit/security of the Beneficiary. We fetch the most competitive rates from the Banks based on our volume & reach in the market thus, benefitting our clients from service quality to best pricing.
In Supplier's Credit, the client issues the Usance LC (90/180 days) against the Performa of Usance credit from the supplier & the LC is routed through our Negotiating Bank. The payment is arranged at Sight (to Clients supplier)-thus, ensuring sight/cash payment to your supplier & credit to client at Libor linked rates. We can assist in convincing supplier to accept Usance Credit & that their payment would be ensured at Sight, in case they are not offering the Usance as per clients desire.
Client informs us the details of the transaction, before opening the LC, to book the transaction and confirms back the transaction with the LC Opening Bank, Supplier details, address, swift/telex no., etc. We provide the Clauses required by our mandated Bank for the negotiation of the Credit to client. Our Negotiating Bank would duly advise the LC to the Beneficiary of the LC and post shipment, Beneficiary would lodge the documents as per the LC terms with our Negotiating Bank for the negotiation of the documents. Beneficiary gets the remittance of the payment at sight, based on clauses mentioned in Credit & our Negotiating Bank would claim Invoice amount & Interest @ Libor linked rates, payable on the maturity date.
In case supplier opposes to accept the Usance credit, then we can take the option of Buyer's Credit. For the same, we arrange to finance your documents falling due for payment against the Letter of Undertaking (LoU)/Bank Guarantee issued by Client's Bank, in favor of our nominated Negotiating Bank.
